I wrote one installment of our company series for WEB+DB PRESS
(updated: )
The company has a series on how we work on web quality, and I wrote one installment of it, on privacy.
Privacy is getting more attention not only in Japan but worldwide, and I wrote about how we approach protecting it from an engineer’s point of view.
It was my first time writing something like this, and I barely knew left from right, but I got it done. Putting the contents of my own head in order on the page turned out to be a genuinely useful stretch of time.
I only managed to finish it because of the editor. Thank you.
It was just eight pages in a small series, but seeing what an editor can do was fun.
The last time I wrote this much was probably my undergrad thesis, ha.
It got me going, so I might start posting on a tech blog again, little by little.
